This service is designed to cater to each individual’s unique needs by offering a variety of personalized, non-medical, holistic support options. 

Our End-of-Life Doula (EOLD) role can be likened to a project manager, overseeing the coordination of care and services that clients and their families need throughout the dying process. Each doula offers unique services, catering to different aspects of end-of-life care. 

The PreNeed Doula offers:

1. The Threshold Journey

Comprehensive Support from Diagnosis to Departure

Includes:

• 6 bi-weekly support visits (virtual or in-person)
• Advanced directive + document guidance
• Life review and legacy project planning
• Vigil planning and bedside presence during active dying (up to 24 hours over 3 days)
• 2 post-death family support visits (in-person or virtual)
• Coordination with hospice, clergy, or family as needed

Duration: 3–6 months

1. The Legacy Weaver

Capture Meaning, Create Memories

Includes:

• Life review sessions (3)
• Legacy project development (letters, scrapbooks, digital memory boxes, audio messages)
• Storytelling and memory archiving
• Customized legacy leave-behind for family
• One family sharing session

Duration: 4–6 weeks

1. The Vigil Keeper

Sacred Support for the Final Days

Includes:

• Vigil planning meeting with family
• Up to 24 hours of bedside presence (broken into 4–6 hour shifts over 3–5 days)
• Comfort care techniques: guided imagery, aromatherapy, music, and sacred space setup
• Keepsake creation (legacy letter, ethical wills)
• Immediate post-death family support

Duration: 5–10 days

1. The After Glow

Compassionate Presence in the Days After Death

Includes:

• 2 grief companioning sessions (virtual or in-person)
• Ceremony or memorial planning support
• Obituary writing and eulogy support
• QR-coded memorial page setup && design

Duration: 2–6 weeks post-death
