Tammara Coleman, known as The PreNeed Doula, is the founder of The Doula Experience, where she offers compassionate end-of-life planning, death doula support, and legacy-building services. Her journey is both professional and deeply personal—born from the passing of her father, Clifford Coleman Jr., whose transition from Alzheimer’s in 2023 illuminated the emotional and logistical challenges families face when critical planning is left undone.
Transmuting her grief into purpose, Tammara answered her calling as a minister and death doula, guiding individuals and families to approach life’s final threshold with clarity, cultural reverence, and peace. Through The Doula Experience and The Healing Kulture Outreach (HK OUTREACH), she restores sacredness to dying, offering advance care planning, ceremonial coordination, and legacy storytelling rooted in empathy and education.
A student of cultural and biological anthropology, Tammara weaves her understanding of human connection, ritual, and heritage into every aspect of her work. She believes that end-of-life care is more than preparation—it is a cultural act of love, transforming how we live, die, and are remembered.
